Refund Policy

Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned on exchanged under any circumstances. We guarantee that our products are of great quality. Once we receive the order, we would be taking images of the product which we would be sending and then we would be actually dispatching. We would not be held responsible for any damage to the product during transition.

This being said, mistakes do happen. So in case a damaged product has bee sent out, share us the image of the product, we would be comparing them with ours and then we would issue a credit note which can be used for future purchase.
